The ATMS Qualifying Test covers the key knowledge areas of Foundations of Trust Management Standards (FTMS). Passing the ATMS Qualifying Test fulfills the prerequisite to enroll in Advanced Trust Management Standards – Session A.

The objective of the test is to ensure trustees have not only a basic understanding of the effective management of trusts, but also the ability to find the answers they need.

The ATMS Qualifying Test includes:

• Two 10‐question test sections
  • two‐hour time limit
  • seven of ten questions must be answered correctly to pass.
• One 20‐question test section
  • four‐hour time limit
  • fourteen of twenty questions must be answered correctly to pass.

The test is open-book and available for 180 days from the date of purchase. Two exam attempts are allowed for each of the three sections.

Participants will receive an email with a link to test instructions and access to the reading materials and online test.
